ABOUT US

Yoga N Da Hood
is an organization dedicated to making wellness accessible to everyone.
We bring yoga and mindfulness to communities around the world.
Using movement, breath, and stillness to nurture compassion, healing, and self-awareness.
Rooted in the richness of the hood and rising to reach hearts across the globe, our mission is to create safe, sacred spaces where wellness is no longer a privilege, but a powerful birthright.
Whether it’s a school in South Dallas or a summit at Harvard, a street corner in Oak Cliff or a studio overseas.
we meet people where they are, and remind them who they’ve always been.
From the Block to the Breeze. From the Hood to the Heart of the World.

SERVICES

Mindful Yoga
Yoga N Da Hood offers self-healing and stress-reducing practices that support a healthy lifestyle through yoga, mindfulness, and community-rooted care.
In other words, we teach yoga n da hood.
Yoga is powerful. It helps us breathe deeper, stand taller, and live with intention. But too often, it’s packaged as a luxury—something reserved for the few. Our mission is to make it accessible to all. That’s why we offer no-cost classes and compassion workshops in underserved communities across the globe, while also partnering with schools, organizations, and events of all kinds to bring impactful wellness experiences to everyone.
Ebony Smith, founder of Yoga N Da Hood, is also available for keynote speaking, panels, and seminars—sharing her powerful story and proven tools for wellness, equity, education, and healing. Whether on stage at Harvard or in a school auditorium, she shows up with heart, humor, and the realness the world needs.
Whether you're booking a private event, planning a community gathering, or curating a wellness experience
we're here to make healing feel like home
To move with you mindfully, joyfully, and intentionally
This isn’t just yoga; it’s a return to self, to breath, to community
Every breath, every movement, every moment—we’re here to hold space, share the practice, and remind every soul they belong
Because when healing is real, it matters and everyone deserves to feel it
